            Whilst SkyShield offers oversight of NOTAMs and live air traffic, not all aircraft have an active transponder, and traffic data may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable.

            It remains the remote pilot's responsibility at all times to maintain awareness of their surroundings, see and avoid other aircraft, and fly within their permissions and the law. SkyShield is a planning and awareness aid — it does not replace the pilot's judgement or legal responsibility for safe operation.
